oci.dll problem!

Hi;

when I run a php command in command line it alerts that "the program can't start because OCI.dll is missing from your computer".
and then it can't find 'libcs.dll' too.
I have no problem in running php in localhost.

I appreciate if you help me.

May be by mistake you have deleted oci.dll file so you can check in recycle bin if it is there then restore this file from recycle bin or if this won't work then you need run a anti virus for scan full system because some oci.dll files could be related to a virus that has damaged the DLL file.
