There's a link to download it and set up is documented and very simple. Why not just try it locally?

From the site: "You need an lightweight framework", "You need exceptional performance". Are there some benchmarks? In a simple test of a sample app (in prod mode, of course) with "wrk -c 100" (and native opcode turned on) I have got less rps rather yii2 while the last one isn't lightweight :)
