Re: RSS
Try running it again. It might be (perhaps) because of a server not responding issue potentially. That is just a guess. At this point I am not certain what could cause that.

Re: RSS
I've had the same results with FF3 on Ubuntu - using the location bar RSS <link>s:
General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]
Incorrect key file for table '#sql_213f_0.MYI'; try to repair it [126]
An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.

Re: RSS
I wonder if you were trying to hit the feed at a time when I was bouncing the mysql server? It might be. Perhaps you can kill the feed and try again.
Do it quick while the board is still running.

Re: RSS
I'm not sure when any progress will be made on this. Sorry. Maybe another admin has a better answer?

The new server is definitely better than the old one, so how about turning it on now?Weirdan wrote:Just to let you know, we turned rss off and we will not turn it on back again (in the nearest future, at least). It puts too much load on our server.
And how about having a "View your posts"-RSS. I send messages through my DreamBox on my TV, so it would be cool to have such RSS and read it on the TV

That's certainly a thing to think about... do you know of any PhpBB3 RSS mods with adequate caching?VladSun wrote:The new server is definitely better than the old one, so how about turning it on now?Weirdan wrote:Just to let you know, we turned rss off and we will not turn it on back again (in the nearest future, at least). Re: RSS
Didn't we have one installed on our old board? Isn't that the one we turned off? If not I know there were some previously built phpBB mods that did this.
