What's the preference of Web Server they use here in PHPDN? Like I started using IIS, in another forum, which I will not name, they said, IIS sucks, and they wouldn't answer my questions because I answered that my preference is IIS because I got it running, instead of the web server they recommended.

will moderators here at PHPDN will be biased and discriminatory toward users if they are asking help on a Web Server that the moderator is not fond of or that he would not prefer to use?

Discriminatory? No. We do tend to know Apache a whole lot better than IIS, though, as Linux is far more commonly used as a web server than Windows. That said, please feel free to ask your questions and we'll answer them to the best of our abilities.
