Hi. We send a lot of emails on behalf of clients and occasionally (and inexplicably) they have issues with Outlook 2003/2007's junk folder. We know this generally a content (subject, body, and HTML quality) issue but we also want to make sure that our infrastructure (DNS, headers, MIME types, etc.) is not contributing or adding any weight. Has anyone found something optimal that works well? We have no issues with the major ISPs, only very occasionally with Outlook.
